Van, Adam can only cast one of the scrolls. Who is going to search the drawer seeing as Van did not?

First scroll that you can read gives 20 hp to whomever you cast it on.

Adam will cast it on Thomas.

Vallanth has said it loud that we should go check the drawer and Adam repeated it, so anyone can do it at this point except of Adam of course that is healing Thomas.

Thomas is at -2, by the way, prior to the scroll usage. After which he will be at 18.

Also, as I posted in another thread I have been and will be busy for a while house hunting so if I post infrequently I apologize in advance. I will try to keep up but wanted to give fair warning if I can't.

If none does Adam will have to cast one of his own spells to heal Marilee that is uncoscious. He will not lose the round doing nothing, her safety goes beyond his curiocity to look into the room or search the drawer himself.

Is that the one from Spell Compendium? If so, there's a bit more about that too. Don't know if you'll be using the full rules or just what you stated here.

Nope, it is a belt someone created.

The problem is that we need to identify it first, we can't use an item without knowing what will do. See that emanates conjuration aura isn't enough. So Adam will heal Marilee from his own spells and I hope Khalfani can identify the belt or Rizzin can tell us what it does.

Everyone is a biy healed now but Adam is completely out of spells so better not take many risks today. I suggest we take the chest back to the hotel if we can and leave Jacob's house.
