Been studying the Enchanting Magic weapons and found that I will need more money for the weapon I want to make. Looks like I have to add a +1 to a weapon before enchanting it with any special enchantments!!! Ahhh! Well that makes the first enchantment rather easy.


Magic Item Creation DC:
5+ CL of item.

A +1 on a weapon you need to be 3 times the enchantment. (I am)

So that means

5+3 = 8 DC

I can also speed up the time it takes from 8 hours to 4 hours per 1,000 if I increase the DC by 5 more.... which is easily done with my +12 Spellcraft so I think i'll go for it.

So the final DC being....

5+3(+1 enchantment requirement)+5(speed up craft time) = 13 DC
Money Spent making is half of the base price of the weapon so.... 2,000 / 2 = 1,000. Which I'll pay with my 100 Platinum

AAAAAAND that was close. Almost failed it. 14 is just above the DC. almost got a 1

So Felix now has a +1 Small Elven Curved Blade after about 4 hours of work. (I'm assuming he could do this over night during the 4 hours most of the party is sleeping)

Another small update is out of that 5,000 gold I don't see any of it showing up on anyone's sheets. I'm guessing most people missed the part where I split it up between 7 people.

It came out to about 714 for everyone.

Also do not have rights to edit my character sheet on google Documents or add comments.

I tend not to write money on my character sheets, as you never know how much they might be carrying at any given time, and there is a spreadsheet tracking all the party wealth on the Javenloft Google Doc, I believe. It probably needs updating though. I'll make sure you have permission to edit it, but I'm pretty sure you already do. Oh, and I'll give you permission to edit Felix.

Last I checked i still don't have access to edit it....

Yeah I think the current one i'm using is zilfer@comcast.net.

and nah i'd never delete anything! My Email trails back to when i first got them because you never know when that email you had from 5 years ago you need so you can prove you bought something for that warrenty.... lol i am a firm believer and keeping copies of everything.

I usually stay logged in all the time in google+ so I found out what was wrong. My Email address on Google appears to be zilferluster@gmail.com.... o.O'

Update, I figured out my account editing Felix issue.... though I wish when you 'add account' it just combined them. Turns out during my first attempts to get the whole google thing going I made an extra account called nanashiofshadows@gmail.com and then forgot about it and started using zilferluster@gmail.com. xD
