The Huntsman is basically actively watching and listening for the bandits horses. A quick question it is windy and there is a light rain outside correct? If so he is casting call lightning. It takes 1 turn to cast, so ten minutes.

It's not a storm, but yes, there is some wind and rain. Spell noted.

Okay, I know it says storm but it also says clouds and wind, rain, a tornado and etc. Either that is what he is doing for the next 10 minutes.
