"Yes you're right is enough for today. Do you know where is the inn your brother mentioned? We can go there for a drink and try to find the wizard you mentioned."
''Sure, let me get my things. ''
Glim grabs his lightweight hooded cloak from the wall-hook, a dun colored piece of plain cloth. This he loosely ties about his narrow shoulders as he heads for the door.
Outside, in the street, Glim asks Ino-
''How long have you lived in Cormyr, Inovidil?''

Blaise looks around the room. He asks the woman politely, "How many other children were here at the time, or were those taken the only ones here? Did you hear screams or noises at all?"

''There were more than a dozen children sleeping here last night. I was sleeping in my room, down the hall. I woke when I heard a man cry out in the street. I wasn't sure what had happened, so I lit a candle and went into the dormitories to check on the children. That's when I heard noise from this room. I rushed in to find the little ones in a terrified state- crying, cowering under their beds. One of them told me 'the devil-boys took our friends.' I'm afraid I haven't been able to get much else out of them, sir- it was dark when the kidnappings occured and I suspect that most of the wee ones were still asleep when the villains entered. ''

Threan responds to Alain question while examining the room "Yes that's fine with me, but I need to check in at the Lathander Temple . To make sure they hold no animosity towards me ." As finds anything of interest he points it out to the rest of the investigators such as the scratch marks or talon marks made by one or the other on the outside of the windows .

After searching the dormitory for clues he will do a more through search(1) . While doing this he says "I think it would be a good idea to collect my brother after his days work is finished as he and Ino I think would be interested in case and would want to help . "
1. Take 20 on Search and Spot Checks for a 30 Search/38 Spot Check as needed .

"Well I haven't lived for long time actually. Me and my friends met in Cormyr to celebrate the book of Alain. He is a bard you know and he wrote a very interesting book about the land of mists. And from that meeting started all our adventures!"
In few words the evoker narrates to the gnome what happened with Sergei, Sundar, the vampire-children etc.
At the end she shows her ring to Glim.
"For our help to Cormyr we got these rings. But are not very useful here it seems. Theystill recognize them but they don't guarantee us nothing as you very well noticed when they captured me... In Cormyr we were very respected when we showed them."

Alain nods in agreement and replies, "Yes, that would be a good idea." He then turns to address Yorna.
"Madam, has anyone been in this room since the incident besides yourself and we investigators?"

Blaise waits for Yorna to answer Alain, then he adds, "And are you aware of any connection between the children who were taken? Siblings? Or did they just happen to be the children unfortunate enough to be sleeping closest to the window?"

Yorna answers Alain first-
''Anyone in this room since the break-in... Ummm, no I don't think so. I quickly moved all the young ones to other rooms and assigned older children and staff to watch over them. ''
She waves a hand towards the rows of empty cots, several with blankets in disarray and others stripped bare.
Turning to Blaise, she says-
''No, they weren't related. ''
She stares at the empty cots, then at the open window.
''Yes, all three were bunked near the window, it's true.
You will find them, won't you?''

''Nice ring, Ino.''
The gnome has little trouble keeping up with the compartively tall and long-legged human woman, despite his short legs and small body.
''That story is amazing! I'm most curious about this 'land of the mists'', though. Where is it? I don't recall seeing it on a map. ''

Alain attempts to assure Yorna that the city watch will do it's best to recover the children.
Before excusing himself to his work, he asks her another question. "Madam, does this instituion have a staff member who performs rounds in the evenings? Someone who performs check-ups on the children?"

''Most nights, that is done by Murrik, our watchman. He was bitten by a dog a couple of days ago and has fallen ill since. I have had to assign his duties to others while he recovers. Last night was Anya's turn- she's our cook's chief assistant. ''

Inovidil smiles as recalls the demiplane.
"It's not in Toril Glim, is a demiplane. For what I know is very difficult to reach it and even harder almost impossible to leave. Is like a prison. We left through one portal that was opened by a ritual from many wizards and guess they have used a deity too. They have actually captured Ezra, a powerful and good deity and I think used her too to open the portal. Me and my friends managed to save her and pass through the portal and arrive here, near Waterdeep."

''Wait- a goddess? Really? What exactly happened to her, afterward? ''

Inovidil tells Glim the rest of their adventures, how Ezra died, how Jamethon lost his spells and how he has changed now like not care for life anymore. Sighing she concludes saying:
"Mystra has gotten back to life when died, hope the same will happen with Ezra one day. If she does maybe she will get the others back to the Land of Mists where is their home. And of course Jamethon will get his spells back and most important he will be again the man we met long time ago. A man full of ideas ready to help everyone in need."
