I see several people today claiming odd double posting of messages. On two posts I made (on different computers), I received this message:
General Error
Ran into problems sending Mail. Response: 554 5.7.1 Message cannot be accepted, spam filter rejection
DEBUG MODE
Line : 201
File : smtp.php
I checked my posts afterwards, and they seemed to be displayed just fine.

I only wish I had retired sooner!
I had the same problem, in this thread.

If you're running Web-filters (or your employer is) that could explain the message. Or it could be the browser. Meta redirection doesn't work with certain filters or with some older browsers. It seems like the error is only when the board tries to confirm a post (which has a timed meta redirection tag).
EDIT: Okay, I just got the same message and I'm not running filters or an old browser. The code line specified needs to be double checked by whoever wrote the smtp.php page. I hate coding; one miniscule error can ruin the entire project.

The coding of the hypertext preprocessor page is what needs to be looked at. Whoever has access to the page to edit it has to crack it open and take a look at line 201 in the sequence. The administrator is the only one who has the access. And since I'm not trained in PHP I'm of no use in helping fix it beyond pointing the way.
