Cool. I just skipped over the boring business details with a week-long gloss.
THEN I CLOSED THE PRELUDE THREAD.

I have assumed that the party behaves with some discretion and caution, not flaunting wealth. Somebody guards the coffers at all times.
Gertie and Tom check and double check shutters, latches and locks in the inn rooms.

The vessel(Fortune's Fool) will be ready to sail in another week.

GERTIE and FILD can both get their armor made by gnomes, but if they want it, they will have to stay in the area after the Fortune's Fool is expected to be repaired.

Gertie is able to purchase other items as noted by PM.

Any other purchases the PCs wish to make can be assumed to have been made, or at least set up, in that first week we've just run through.
Ponies, humansized armor, whatever.

So, things to ponder before the first chapter opens:

1 Sail in a week or stay to get special armor?

2 Any additional security measures you guys want to take against robbery?

3 Other activities in town? Burgoddin cabinet of curiosities? Arena? Other stuff? Fishing?

I want to make friends in the Green monkey and among the Gnome Ghetto, the fault-proof way: Flattery and jokes accompanied by buying them cheap drinks and sweets.
How much for say... half a dozen cheap drinks per night for my new besties?

What are some observances for the laughing gnome deity with the joke that I forget the name of? Another way to make friends is of course, find them in religious environment.
And I would like to re-iterate my suggestion again: Could we please get an index in the first post of the reference about where to find what?

Gertie would be interested in hanging out with Fild if only to learn a new language, new culture

Fild would enjoy the company and introduce her to his new friends.

She can teach him the joy of fishing if he so desires.

He has absolutely no desire to learn fishing.

I'll add more to the index later.

If we play long enough, I'll create a setting document with hyperlinks, a wiki, something like that.

So in effect, Gertie could sleep in a COMMON but once per week use a GOOD?

Yes, Gertie could do that.

Somebody in the party might want a good quality inn stay in order to keep the coffers locked in a private area and under watch.

But do as you like.
