Seradon casts detect thoughts from the kitchen. Does it work? Can he feel the presence of sentient creatures and all?

Round 1: Thoughts are present.

Round 2: The correct number of thoughts are present. Vathek's Int is 19 and the Valet's is 15.

Pushing to round 3 will mean a will save for the subjects which there are ways to notice...

Did he get the curse? Is he still around in Paridon? What the university had to say when Seradon told them how valuable he found their collective lives?

You are not certain what became of him. You found the university professors hard to read, but you felt they were not impressed with him. of course, it has been a fairly short time since you got back, so the curse may not have had much effect yet!
