I guess Fred and Rosemary West's place on 25 Cromwell Street doesn't count. Or it's still too fresh to count in a country with over two millennia of recorded history.

Cromwell Street doesn't exoist any more. They knocked the house down and now it's just a patch of land with a path connecting two streets.

I actually read about that in, of all things, World of Darkness: Shadows of the UK. The sheer degree of evil they displayed should warrant at least a mention so people don't forget that the worst horrors have purely human origins.
