Adventure Modules and Dates

Post by jinat »

Is there a list of adventure modules according to the year that they take place in ? Also where can i locate the dates for the various stories from the Tales of Ravenloft ? Any help would be much appreciated. Thankyou.

If you are familiar enough with the events in them you can usually find when they occured in the timeline of Ravenloft at the front of the campaign setting.

The timing of Adam's Wrath is a bit precarious, as explained here: http://fraternityofshadows.com/Mausoleu ... ne_JWM.doc

Domains of Dread places it at 583 BC. However, for reasons mentioned in the timeline above, this causes several continuity errors. In Gazetteer II, 739 BC is implied when they say Schloss Aubrecker and Lamordia become plagued by fleas of madness.

Bride of Mordenheim takes place before Adam's Wrath (either date listed above) and was one of Victor's earlier attempts to solve the problem with his wife.
