I'll start a new thread saving this continuing in the Intro thread;)

Slight update.. also of note.. looks like there were 2nd and 3ed versions of at least some of these..

The RPGA is an organization that runs D&D events at conventions. They have several campaigns, where you can bring your officially sanctioned character from con to con and play "balanced" standardized adventures, level up, and go from adventure to adventure with the same character. Living Death was their Masque of the Red Death-based campaign. So these are quasi-official MotRD adventures that are now very hard to find, but may still be floating out there. beasterbrook is trying to collect all of them and compile info for others who are looking for them.
