Greetings and Salutations!
I've poked around this awesome site for a while, but never formally introduced myself. My name's Vinny, I'm married, have two wonderful children and another on the way. I first got into RPGs in the early '90s, thanks to the Realm of Terror box set. Up untill that point, I had only been kinda interested in D&D. Ravenloft sent me jumping in head first. Unfortunatly, I've never run a full campaign in the Mists, only one-shots here and there. Thanks to Skype and OpenRPG, I'm finally getting the chance to lead a party through the Domains of Dread starting Wednesday night.

I thought I'd better introduce myself. My name is Michael, but I normally go by the username Divinedragonslayer or DDS for short.

I've had a long standing interest in Dungeons and Dragons, but I've only recently Ravenloft and I've found the setting so much more interesting than anything else I've found. While Ravenloft does require some rethink and relearning I find the setting much more interesting.

It is fair to say that I'm still pretty well at square one with dealing with the setting, but I'm looking forward to plumbing the depths of both darkness and light that exist within the realm of dread.

Welcome to the Mists, all of you! I'm certain your experiences here in the Land of Mists will change the way your characters look at the world, and how the world in which we reside is so very different in Darkness and in Light.

Greetings all

I have been a fan of Ravenloft and gothic horror for more than a decade-a frequent lurker on Secrets of the Kargatane-than The FoS. Currently running a Ravenloft campaign (all the classic material but using pathfinder rules). Always great threads and i finally decided to emerge from the shadows and post:)

Greeting.. I have recently become interested in collecting old Living Compaign Modules.. ie Living city, Death, Jungle.. etc etc.. and have recenlty moved on to Living Death.. Having said that I am a old time collector of all sorts of RPG stuff.. I have amased a rather large collection over the years.. inc all of TSR ravenloft line and some (and on the way to most) of the later products..

I also collect artwork (ie TSR covers) and Clydes covers for Ravenloft are some of his best (although I don't actually own it, I do own most of the Gazetter covers.. does anyone else have artwork at all?)

Welcome beasterbrook!

If it helps, we have what we believe to be a complete list of the Living Death modules in our wiki, Mistipedia:
http://fraternityofshadows.com/wiki/Living_Death

(If you know of any others, feel free to add them! And if you have any info on the modules you'd like to add, that would be welcome too. Very few of us have access to these modules.)

Artwork is usually out of my pricerange, but I, and several others, bought Talon Dunning's "Out of the Mists" collection and got our own Ravenloft sketches by Talon included with it. Several of us shared them with the community here: http://fraternityofshadows.com/forum/vi ... f=1&t=7228
Anyway, that's the closest I've come to "original Ravenloft art". :)

Wow! Hadn't realized there were that many. Thanks for the list! Not sure where ours originally came from (the Kargatane, maybe?) but apparently it is either out of date, or simply incomplete.

At the moment its just a list.. however I do have some of them.. I'm looking for people with coppies at the moment to see what is out there and then I'm going to see what I'm missing and what can maybe tracked down.. I am doing this to all the "Living Campaigns". At the moemnt I have a rather large list and am working my way through.. I have almost done it all for The Living Greyhawk, Living Force and a couple of others...

Email me at beasterbrook@hotmail.com if you would like to join in the search.. Its easier than me keeping track of PM's;)

Of maybe note there is this Living Campaign that may be of interest to the people here.. and most of its freely available..
