An attempt to make an Eberron-themed ravenloft city

They were not exactly built, the same as the city was not exactly built. The better way to describe them, is that they grew.

The best way to imagine the city is a tree, thats growing. Its roots are in some ways feeding off the mists.

Though some of the populace believe they founded the city, its more accurate that there city was absorbed as Rune grew.

One idea that I am trying to include, is that the city is in a way larger then the wastelands that surround it. That the city is the true domain. The wasteland is nothing more then a facade. Sure the city has walls, and looks small from the outside. Inside it is infinite. You might walk deep down an allyway and see the stlye of the city change considerbly, and meet people who have never heard of rune. Or saying that they came from a city called for example Tupenbrow and founded grand central themselves.

As for warforged, they probably can leave the city, but never the domains of dread. As soon as they are built they are allready damned. How they function however outside the city is up to the individual DM. But if they are mist powered, they will probably automatically be NE.

One idea is that I am thinking of suggesting that Cyre became absorbed into Rune.
